I am a former 7th-12th grade English teacher in Pacifica, California, with a degree in Psychology. I am the founder, CEO, and lead developer of the Jupiter SIS & Learning Platform, founded in 2004. In 2021, I started researching critical thinking and developing these learning apps, and I organized all my findings and resources into the Critical Thinking Project. The CTP is currently just me, but I hope to expand it later.
On the more creative side, I write children’s novels, starting with Rolo the Pet Earthling under the pen name Hans Ness. I’ve created a work of humorous psychology called Understanding Your Pet Earthling, and I have over 800K followers on TikTok, where I’ve created a variety of videos covering psychology, philosophy, critical thinking, topical issues, and literature.
